This Christmas is going to be an extra special one as many of us missed out on celebrating with our families last year.  So let's look forward to getting together around the table on Christmas Day, enjoying great food and drink, and listening to your Dad tell bad vegan jokes. 

Our Festive Roast is stuffed with a gourmet stuffing of mushrooms, chestnuts and cranberries.  The exterior is meaty and carvable, made from seitan, cannellini beans, pearl barley, vegetables and herbs.  Each roast is handmade in Ireland and available to purchase online.

Ingredients

Seitan Flour (wheat), Mushrooms (15.3%), Onions, Water, Cannellini Beans, Celery, Pearl Barley, Chestnuts (4.2%). Dijon Mustard (sulphites). Rapeseed Oil, Dried Cranberries (2.1%), Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Black pepper, Herbs.
